Yetto's integration with Salesforce pulls available customer data from Salesforce directly into Yetto. Set up the Salesforce plug, and watch your available customer data flow automatically into a panel next to the relevant conversation.
How it works
When you view a conversation, Yetto triggers a customer.requested
event to send information about that conversation - including the author's name and email address, if available - to the Salesforce plug.
(It's possible that not all of your customers are contacting you through email; Yetto allows you to connect to customers [in] [other] [ways], so an email address might not always be available.)
The Salesforce plug sends a request to your Salesforce instance, searching for a Salesforce matching the author's name or email and returning some of their information to display in the panel on the right:
- The contact's name
- The contact's email address
- The contact's account name
- The annual revenue of the contact's account

If you have multiple contacts with the same name or email address andSalesforce returns multiple records, we'll display up to three of them in the conversation. And if you leave the conversation open in a browser tab for a while and the information is stale, yuse the refresh button to request the data from Salesforce again.

We don't store the data, so you're always looking at the most up-to-date information from your Salesforce contact list. Just set up the plug and we'll do the rest.
