Customer connections bring data from your service's backend into relevant conversations in your Yetto inbox. Once a customer connection is set up in your inbox, Yetto will use the connection to securely retrieve information from your service as needed per conversation. The data is not stored in Yetto, so the information will always be up to date and the potential for data leaks outside of your control are minimized.
Adding a customer connection to your inbox is a two-part process. We'll walk you through both parts in the help docs below:
- Set up an endpoint in your application or backend service to accept and respond to POST requests from Yetto.
- Configure the customer connection in your Yetto inbox.
